OMEX Agriculture has officially opened its new MULTIFLO liquid fertiliser facility at the Port of Dundee.<\/h1>\n

Following a successful launch event on 27th February.<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The ribbon\u2011cutting was carried out by Mairi Gougeon, Cabinet Secretary for Rural Affairs, Land Reform and Islands, in front of customers, partners and industry representatives.<\/h2>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The day began with breakfast and guided tours of the new MULTIFLO storage tanks, before concluding with the formal opening and an address from OMEX Chairman Max Winkler.<\/p>\n

OMEX has operated a 16,000\u2011tonne liquid nitrogen and sulphur storage and distribution facility at the Port of Dundee since 2018. Working in partnership with site operators Forth Ports, OMEX has now delivered this new state\u2011of\u2011the\u2011art facility to strengthen supply and service for farmers across Scotland.<\/p>\n

The new facility positions OMEX\u2019s MULTIFLO and NITROFLO products right on the doorstep of Scottish growers, improving supply resilience across the whole country\u2014not just the Dundee region. The investment enables shorter delivery routes, increased in\u2011season availability and a more reliable supply of liquid nutrition for farmers nationwide.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
